Tallulah River Walk
Tallulah River Walk is located in the beautiful and serene Northeast Georgia Mountains. The resort is surrounded by over two miles of Tallulah River, full of fish and just waiting to be splashed in. Tallulah River Walk offers over 50 river-front campsites as well as mountain cabins, hiking trails, a lodge and a swimming pool. Scenic mountain beauty is all around. Explore Tallulah Falls and the Gorge which are right next to the resort! Hike the area nature trails, waterfalls, go canoeing, or enjoy the amazing backcountry drives. The more adventurous can experience nearby whitewater rafting (Class IV & V), go mountain climbing, the options are many. The area has many small towns with an appealing charm and friendly folks, with all the conveniences you find at home; even an old country store or two. Visit the nearby town of Clayton which has an old fashioned soda fountain. There are five National Register of Historic Places in Rabun County alone. You can hunt for antiques, locally made items, or listen to authentic folk music. You may decide to spend your time trout fishing, as the river is kept stocked by the resort.
